THE HANDCUFFS WITH UNLOCKING LEVER

The present invention relates to handcuffs having a locking lever capable of being maintained at a completed locked position using the locking lever. More specifically, the handcuffs having the locking lever can maintain the forced locking of a moving ring thereof without an extra apparatus after using the handcuffs on a lawbreaker. The handcuffs is composed of a moving ring (10) wherein saw blade teeth of a semicircular arc shape (11) are formed; a pair of fixated rings (20) connected to the moving ring (10) and a pivot axis (21), wherein a handcuffs body (1) of a rectangular shape is integrally formed; and a locking maintenance slider (60) forcibly restricting a step piece (30) by the saw blade teeth (11) of the moving ring (10) and a flat spring (40) within the handcuffs body (1) of a pair of fixated rings (20).
