PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of protecting a fitting detection pin from contacting foreign matters while detecting a fitting state using the fitting detection pin.SOLUTION: An operation lever 13 is rotated to a connector fitting position and a socket 12 is fitted with a plug 11. When a slider S1 linearly moves to a detection pin connection position from a detection pin blocking position after a main circuit is turned on, a socket side fitting detection pin 72 whose four corners are surrounded by a slider housing 63 is connected to a plug side fitting detection pin 34 whose four corners are surrounded by a harness housing 33, and a fitting state of a connector is detected. Also, pressing of a lock spring 64 by a lock spring presser 58 is cancelled, and the lock spring 64 is expanded into contact with a flat part 52 of the operation lever 13, so as to lock a rotation position of the operation lever 13. |
