PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance detection accuracy of a rotation angle inexpensively and with a simple structure by widening an allowable range of an axis deviation in a lateral direction between a magnetic sensor and a magnet.SOLUTION: A magnetic material 6A is disposed on an opposite side of a magnet 2 by taking a magnetic sensor 4 as a base. The magnetic material 6A is provided with a protrusion 6a, protruding to the side of the magnet 2, at the center of a surface parallelly facing one surface 2a of the magnet 2 across the magnetic sensor 4. This makes: magnetic flux from the magnet 2 acting on the magnetism sensing surface 4a of the magnetic sensor 4 flow in a relatively horizontal state; magnetic flux density in an X direction and a Y direction acting on the magnetism sensing surface 4a of the magnetic sensor 4 become uniform; and variation in the magnetic flux density, due to an axis deviation in a lateral direction between the magnetic sensor 4 and the magnet 2, smaller. Therefore, the detection accuracy of a rotation angle is prevented from deteriorating. |
