PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection type display device and manufacturing method thereof, capable of sufficiently suppressing a moire phenomenon from appearing, without deteriorating display quality, and also suppressing occurrence of a surface defect caused by a partially thick adhesive agent.SOLUTION: A reflection type display device includes a partition wall that partitions a plurality of regions, arranged between two substrates. At least part of the regions of the partition wall including at least some branch points of the partition wall when viewed in a direction from one substrate to the other substrate includes: a branch pattern part having a plurality of branch extension parts extending from a branch point; and a connection part connecting an end portion of a branch extension part of the branch pattern part to an end portion of another branch extension part of the branch pattern part. Each of the branch pattern parts has a common shape by each number of the branch extension parts included in the branch pattern part. |
