Provided are a touch display drive circuit, method, and display device. The touch display circuit comprises a drive transistor, a touch induction unit, and a compensation drive unit. The drive transistor is used to drive pixel display elements for pixel display. The touch induction unit is used to receive touch control signals, and, according to the received touch control signals, to control the compensation drive unit to drive the drive transistor for pixel display. The compensation drive unit is used to drive the drive transistor for pixel display, and to adjust the gate source voltage of the drive transistor when driving the drive transistor for pixel display such that the compensation of the gate source voltage cancels the threshold voltage. The technical solution of the present invention integrates touching and drive display, thereby reducing the thickness of the display screen.
