Provided are a medical image generating system, a medical image generating method, and a medical image generating program that enable the easy recognition of the imaging timing of an image and the injection timing of a contrast agent. The medical image generating system is equipped with: a cross-sectional image acquisition unit that associates, with cross-sectional images of a subject, image management information for managing the cross-sectional images, and acquires cross-sectional images; an injection information acquisition unit that acquires contrast agent injection information pertaining to the contrast agent; an injection condition image generating unit that generates, on the basis of the contrast agent injection information, an injection condition image indicating the injection condition of the contrast agent; an association construction unit that associates the contrast agent injection information to the cross-sectional images on the basis of the contrast agent injection information and the image management information; and an output unit that outputs cross-sectional images and that superposes and outputs the contrast agent injection information, which is associated with the cross-sectional images, the injection condition image, which is generated on the basis of the contrast agent injection information, and the image management information, which is associated with the cross-sectional images. |
