PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery state handling method in problem event reporting and information logging of Minimization of Drive Test (MDT).SOLUTION: The MDT information logging and reporting method includes: a step 701 of monitoring a state of a UE battery; a step 702 of detecting a low battery state; a step 703 of autonomously executing a pause operation on operation, administration, and maintenance (OAM) activities when a low battery state is detected; and a step 704 of autonomously executing a resumption operation on the OAM activities when the UE ends the low battery state.
