PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily guide and indwell medical equipment into a coronary artery from outside a heart.SOLUTION: A cardiac medical equipment guiding instrument includes: an annular transverse part disposed over the whole periphery in a position in which the transverse part covers the circumflex and the right coronary artery C traveling along the circumferential direction on the surface of a heart A; a longitudinal part having both ends connected to the transverse part, and disposed in a position in which the longitudinal part covers the anterior descending artery D and a peripheral part E such that the longitudinal part surrounds the cardiac apex B side; and an introduction part connected to either one of the longitudinal part and the transverse part. The transverse part, the longitudinal part, and the introduction part are each formed in a tube shape through which medical equipment can be inserted thereinside, at least the transverse part and the longitudinal part are formed of an expandable and contractible material, the transverse part and the longitudinal part are covered on the outer face of the heart A from the cardiac apex B side in a contracted state, and the cardiac medical equipment guiding instrument has size in which the cardiac medical equipment guiding instrument is stuck to the circumflex and the right coronary artery C, the anterior descending artery D, and the peripheral part E when expanded by a fluid pressure. |
