PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that has excellent environmental stability, fluidity, and heat-resistant storage property, and can suppress the occurrence of white streaks.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of toner according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: dispersing a composition containing a binder resin and/or a precursor of a binder resin in an aqueous medium containing a surfactant to form base particles; and adding alkali to the aqueous medium having the base particles formed therein, where a mass ratio of the surfactant to the composition is 0.012 or more and 0.24 or less. |
