<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method that can reduce producing costs, while producing high purity cerebroside or cerebroside groups.SOLUTION: A method for producing high purity cerebroside comprises a step of: separating and collecting cerebroside from a fluid raw material by passing through the fluid raw material containing cerebroside, a first, and a second component to a circulation flow channel in which multiple unit packed towers filled with ODS-silica gel connected in series endless as an absorbent. Against a system that divides and forms a first, a second and a third adsorption zone, while blocking the circulation of the system between a second and a third adsorption zone, a first process comprises supplying the fluid raw material to a third adsorption zone and collecting high purity cerebroside from a second adsorption zone. While supplying a desorption agent into the circulation flow channel without supplying the fluid raw material and passing through the fluid in the circulation flow channel, a second process comprises collecting components from at least one adsorption zone of the first and the third adsorption zone. The method for producing high purity cerebroside comprises repeating the first and the second processes two or more times.</p> |
