<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method having high degrees of freedom in a liquid sample to be measured, volume, and an application method, not requiring special processing a substrate to be measured, and capable of easily, inexpensively, and objectively measuring a penetration and absorption ability of the liquid sample for the substrate.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method including irradiating a sample with laser beams, observing laser interference light reflected on a substrate as a speckle pattern (image) to determine a correlation factor, and objectively performing penetration and absorption determination of the liquid sample for the substrate according to a change in the state.</p> |
