It is described a method of wood veneer processing consisting in the technological method, by which is achieved the conservation the structure without damaging the wood, even when veneer bending and bonding it to the target objects. In the first stage of processing is wood veneer trimmed to the desired geometric shape and grinded from the back side. On the back side of the grinded veneer is applied a thin glue layer, and then is the prepared surface covered with a non-woven fabric and so prepared piece is pressed. After the cooling the prepared piece of wood veneer and the drying up of glue, on the back side of the veneer is applied a double-sided adhesive tape. The final stage of processing allows achieving the different surface finishing of the veneer front side. After the abrading, is on the face side of the veneer coated a protective layer of oil, wax or paint, and consequently there can be provided any dents, notices, graphics, and images, and either by the fine engraving, by the paint applying or by the computer controlled the laser surface finishing, respectively by the printer. After the removing the protective film from the veneer back side, it can be glued the veneer directly to a target object, such as. smartphone, tablet or notebook. |
