<p>The present invention relates to a skin treatment laser irradiation apparatus and a skin treatment laser irradiation method using the same, and provides: a skin treatment laser irradiation apparatus which increases PIH and D.T. reduction effects by ensuring a cooling time for a location onto which a laser beam to be transmitted in a skin treatment process is irradiated on the skin, and prevents the generation of topical burns by solving the problem of repeatedly irradiating a laser beam on a specific location; and a skin treatment laser irradiation method using the same.</p> |
