<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for painting various logos or letters on a side wall which is a side of a tire and, more specifically, to a side letter paining apparatus for a tire side wall capable of painting side letters printed on a side wall of a vulcanized green tire with desired colors by injecting paints into a mold when vulcanizing a green tire completed in a molding process with heat and pressure by inserting the green tire into the mold of a vulcanizer. Steam supplied through a steam line (4) of a center mechanism (3) and upper and lower vulcanizing molds (2a, 2b) vulcanizing a green tire (1) are applied to a vulcanizer vulcanizing the green tire by being supplied to a bladder (5) located in an inner space of the green tire (1). The lower vulcanizing mold (2b) being in contact with a side wall (1a) of the green tire (1) is equipped with a steam pressure supplying branched line (6) supplying the part of the steam supplied from the steam line (4). The steam pressure supplying branched line (6) is connected to a paint storage space (7). The paint located in the paint storage space (7) is applied by being supplied to letters printed on the side wall (1a) of the green tire (1) through a paint injecting line (9) matched to a mold printed letter arrangement (8).</p> |
