The clamp part sets the high value and low value of a VERR signal applied to a comparator for generating PWM by using resistance distribution and BJT. At this time, the high value can be controlled by resistance R1 and resistance R2. The low value is set as a fixed value when an offset corresponding to the VBE voltage of the BJT is given. According to the present invention as mentioned above, a decrease in the gain of an OP amplifier can be completely prevented when a clamp part is connected in parallel to the output node of an existing OP amplifier.
