PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and inexpensive method for manufacturing a good quality recycled vinyl chloride tile carpet whose resin component of a backing layer is made of tile carpet waste material 100%. SOLUTION: Cut powder cut out from a waste tile carpet with backing of vinyl chloride resin is finely ground, dispersed in three layers onto a continuously running releasing belt, and a middle layer for satisfying dimension stability and workability is laminated thereon.
