PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil supply device capable of supplying emulsion to a roll surface and at the same time, reducing variation in mist spray amounts sprayed from each of spray nozzles without inviting a cost increase when spraying undiluted lubricating oil mist on a rolling material surface on an inlet side of a rolling mill from a plurality of the spray nozzles provided in parallel with each other in a rolling width direction. SOLUTION: A gas atomizing device includes: the plurality of spray nozzles aligned in the rolling width direction; a pump for force-feeding the undiluted lubricating oil; a lubricating oil distributing and supplying path for distributing the undiluted solution from the pump to each of the plurality of spray nozzles; and a distribution device interposed in the lubricating oil distributing and supplying path and having a hollow chamber for distributing the undiluted solution from the pump toward each spray nozzle. The distribution device is configured to include a single inlet part for introducing the undiluted solution from the pump, and a plurality of outlet parts for leading the undiluted solution in the hollow chamber to each spray nozzle.
