PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine preventing fraud in which a fraudulent reset signal input to a game controlling device causes a gaming state to give a benefit to a player. SOLUTION: The game machine includes a game controlling means which is provided with a random delaying means and which delays randomly a timing of outputting the reset signal to the game controlling device from the timing when the reset signal resetting a counter of random number is input to the random delaying means.
