<p>The present invention relates to a battery lead film sealing device. The present invention, in the lead film sealing device, includes a main body; a working stage arranged in the center part of the main body; one or more film supply parts which are formed in the lower part of the working stage and supplies a film; a cutting and bonding part which cuts the film supplied from the film supply parts and bonds the same and is formed in the upper part of the working stage; a heating part which is formed in one side of the bonding part and heats the film transferred from the bonding part; a sealing part which seals the film heated by the heating part; a cooling part which is formed in one side of the sealing part, pressurizes the thermally molten film and cools the same; a guide lead part which checks the electrical conduction of the film passed through the cooling part; a vision test part for checking the conduction of the film; a trimming part which cuts a protruding part of the film with an accurate standard; a checking part which has a grip part for holding the film passing through the trimming part and checks the vision of the film transferred from the grip part; a control part which controls the total operation of the device and is formed on the upper side of the sealing part; a tension roller which is formed in the one side part of the main body and maintains the constant tension of the film; and a winder roller which winds the film processed in the other part of the main body. The present invention comprises the device with two columns instead of existing one column, thereby reducing the time required for a process of sealing the lead film of a battery terminal.</p> |
