PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs of a mobile apparatus and communication unit by making it possible to securely perform charge action within a predetermined time section and appropriately perform charging using power at an inexpensive charge.SOLUTION: A mobile apparatus 20 sets charge wait time TA and charge time TB to a charge wait timer 30B and charge time timer 30E respectively. When a charge permission condition is established, action for charging a traveling battery 12 is executed during the charge time TB after waiting during the charge wait time TA by first counting action by the charge wait timer 30B and second counting action by the charge time timer 30E. The charge wait timer 30B starts the first counting action after setting 24 hours as the charge wait time TA, when charge wait remaining time T1 reaches zero; and the charge time timer 30E waits the second counting action after setting charge time TB set at immediately previous time as charge time again, when charge remaining time T2 reaches zero. |
