PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding shaft which prevents a holding shaft from falling from a rotary shaft, and which firmly holds a material to be coated in a rotary coating device for stable coating. SOLUTION: For the holding state of the holding part of the rotary coating device facing a spray gun spraying a coating, the holding shaft of a holding part of the rotary coating device is characterized by installation of a groove which is slightly wider than the diameter of a rotation transferring pin installed in a perpendicular direction to the rotary shaft, and which has a cylindrical surface with the bottom of a slightly larger diameter than a pin diameter, at an end of the holding shaft inserted into the rotary shaft of the rotary coating device.
