PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach one cover glass 2 to one image sensor 7 via one spacer 4. SOLUTION: A cover glass 2 is attached below a head 17 and an image sensor 7 is placed on a pedestal 11. When a holding member 14 descends, an adhesive 5 applied to a spacer 4 bonded to the cover glass 2 comes into contact with the image sensor 7. Displacement of a spring 16 is measured by means of a displacement sensor 15, and when a predetermined displacement is reached, it is assumed that a predetermined load is applied between the image sensor 7 and the cover glass 2.
