PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning port structure for a horizontal main pipe, capable of smoothly removing a refuse deposited inside the horizontal main pipe to a treatment tank. SOLUTION: The cleaning port structure S for the horizontal main pipe is provided in order to remove a refuse deposited inside the horizontal main pipe 8 for guiding waste water to the treatment tank. The cleaning port structure S includes a cleaning port 15 which is provided on an upper side part 11 on the peripheral wall 9 of the horizontal main pipe 8 and opened, a lid body 21 for openably closing the cleaning port 15, and a clamp 25 for pressurizing and attaching the lid body 21 to the side of the outer peripheral surface 10 of the horizontal main pipe 8 in the state of closing the cleaning port 15 by the lid body 21 while abutting the outer peripheral edge 21a of the lid body 21 to the peripheral edge 14 of the cleaning port 15. At the peripheral edge 14 of the cleaning port 15, a positioning mark 19 capable of positioning the outer peripheral edge 21a of the lid body 21 when the cleaning port 15 is closed is disposed.
