The present invention relates to a method for cultivating plants using lava water, which cultivates plants containing various mineral components such as Na, Mg, Ca, K, Se, etc. using lava water, and to a natural seasoning using the plant cultivated by the method. The method for cultivating plants using lava water obtains plants by hydroponics or nutriculture method by using a lava water-freshwater nutrient solution which mixes lava water of Jeju region with freshwater. Plants cultivated by the plant cultivating method using lava water can be used as a raw material of natural seasonings. |
