A manufacturing method of a touch screen panel includes: a process for forming a first sensing electrode on a first substrate; a process for forming a second sensing electrode on a second substrate which faces the first substrate; a process for forming a photosensitive film on the first sensing electrode; a process for forming photosensitive spacers which maintain regular intervals between the first and second sensing electrodes by patterning the photosensitive film; and a process for bonding the first substrate and the second substrate.
