<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a silicon-busbar. According to the method for manufacturing a silicon-busbar using an injection mold, which injection molds the busbar by injecting silicon, and a piston, which withdraws the silicon-busbar injection molded from the injection mold, the method for manufacturing a silicon-busbar comprises: an injection molding the silicon-busbar step including a first step of inserting and fixing one end of a copper rod into a center side insertion groove of a first fixing mold having stepped insertion grooves towards the center, a second step of inserting and fixing one end of a cylinder shaped cylinder mold, which accepts the copper rod to be distanced with a predetermined distance, into an edge side insertion groove of the first fixing mold, a third step of inserting and fixing the other ends of each copper rod and cylinder mold into the center side and edge side insertion grooves of a second fixing mold having an identical structure to the first fixing mold, and a fourth step of injection molding the silicon-busbar by injecting silicon into the inner space of the cylinder mold which accepts the copper rod and thermosetting the same; and a withdrawing the silicon-busbar step including a fifth step of separating the first and second fixing molds from the cylinder mold, a sixth step of settling and fixing the cylinder mold on a settling unit of the piston, and a seventh step of withdrawing the silicon-busbar from the cylinder mold using the piston in which a jig having a shape corresponding to a cross section of the silicon-busbar, which is injection molded inside the cylinder mold, is installed.</p> |
