The present invention relates to a tinnitus treatment apparatus using combined sound and electricity stimulus, and more particularly, to a tinnitus treatment apparatus using combined sound and electricity stimulus in which a sound stimulus and an electrical stimulus are simultaneously applied to a patient who has tinnitus (ringing in the ears) to optimize relief of symptoms of tinnitus and tinnitus treatment efficiency. The tinnitus treatment apparatus using combined sound and electricity stimulus includes: a sound supply unit (100) including a sound output device (110) hung on an acoustic meatus (10) of an auricle (30) to transmit sound into the acoustic meatus (10) and a sound source playing device (120) disposed outside the auricle (30) and connected to the sound output device (110) to play and transmit a sound source to the sound output device (110); an electric stimulus supply unit (200) extending from the sound output device (110) into the acoustic meatus (10) and contact an inner surface of the acoustic meatus (10), the electric stimulus supply unit (200) including an electricity output device (210) for transmitting an electric stimulus to a vagus nerve (50) in the acoustic meatus (10) and an electricity generating device (220) disposed adjacent to the sound source playing device (120) to generate electricity and transmit the electricity to the electricity output device (210); and a control unit (300) controlling the sound supply unit (100) and the electric stimulus supply unit (200) to simultaneously operate the sound supply unit (100) and the electric stimulus supply unit (200).
