<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a seasoning for Mentsuyu (soup for noodle), capable of readily imparting oneness and matured feeling to the Mentsuyu by only being added to the Mentsuyu. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the seasoning for the Mentsuyu includes a step for heating an aqueous solution containing soy sauce, edible essence, saccharides, lactic acid and dried fishes to a temperature of 100-130°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
