PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a frequency offset even in uplink SDMA transmission. SOLUTION: A plurality of first communication devices generate a training signal sequence common to all the first communication devices, add a cyclic shift delay with a delay amount different for each first communication device to the training signal sequence, and transmit the training signal sequence with the added cyclic shift delay. A second communication device, for each group of a plurality of antenna elements, calculates a cross-correlation value between the training signal sequence received from the first communication devices and a pre-stored training signal sequence, extracts a cross-correlation value corresponding to each of the first communication devices from the calculated cross-correlation value, calculates a phase difference between the received training signal sequences from the delay amount of the extracted cross-correlation value, and calculates a frequency offset estimation value from the mean value of the calculated phase differences.
