PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability of separation distance adjusting work between two members. SOLUTION: A leveling device 3 has a unitized adjustor 33 and a spacer 34. In the adjustor 33, a sleeve 331 has a male screw part 331D where a screw hole part 331A for a volt 32 with a hexagonal hole inserted into a through hole 23 of a rail 2 is formed, a screw hole part 331B for a T bolt 31 inserted into a T-shape groove 11 of a base 1, and a flange 331C receiving a spring 332, a stop screw 334 with a hexagonal hole is fixed in the screw hole part 331A unrotatably relative to the sleeve 331, a nut 333 is fastened to the mail screw part 331D and comes into contact with the spring 332 and preloads the spring 332 with the flange 331. The spacer 34 supports the rail 2 while covering the mail screw part 331D deeper than the distance between a nut seat surface and the distal end of the mail screw and being supported by the spring 332 and has an opening 341 exposing the screw hole part 331A to the through hole 23 of the rail 2.
