The present invention relates to a connection terminal material for an electronic plug connector and a method of manufacturing a plug connector using a connection terminal material. The present invention is to insert a connection terminal into an accurate position and to certainly insulate the same. That is, the present invention, in a connection terminal material for an electronic plug connector, includes: a solder bonding frame formed at both ends of a connection terminal; a connection terminal bonding frame; and a connection line between the connection terminal bonding frame and the connection end (111) of a connection frame. In a method of manufacturing an electronic device plug connector, a solder bonding frame and a connection terminal bonding frame, and a connection line between the connection terminal bonding frame and the connection end (111) of a connection frame are formed. Therefore, the connection terminal is supported by the solder bonding frame and the connection terminal bonding frame. The connection terminal bonding frame and the connection terminal are connected by the connection line, thereby improving electric safety without forming a hole and a groove which generates a short circuit and a disconnection between the connection terminals. Both ends of the connection terminal is combined to perform an insert injection molding process, thereby performing accurate location insert and minimizing damage to a plug mold in the separation process of the connection line by insert connection of the connection line of a plug mold insert part. |
