摘要 The present invention relates to a method of detecting a boiler tube blockage at an early stage which uses a characteristic wherein temperature of a blocked tube decreases more than that of a normal tube under a low load, and increases more than that of the normal tube under a high load to detect whether a tube is blocked. A reference value is set using a correlation analysis among the tubes inside a same row (bundle), and is compared with a real-time measurement value. A temperature deviation pattern among rows is used to detect a blocked tube which deviated from the pattern. A basic driving state and related driving data are displayed on a screen. Temperature of each tube is displayed and a warning is displayed with a color or an alarm sound when a tube blockage occurs. Accordingly, the present invention checks whether a tube is blocked in real-time when operating a boiler to adjust the number of executions or a method to steam blow, thereby saving operational costs such as fuel costs, on-site power, and the like generated when steam blowing; minimizing loss due to a delay in operational time; and preventing accidents and quickly dealing when a tube blockage occurs by being possible to check at an early stage when a tube blockage occurs even during normal driving.
