The bicyclic compound derivative including a pyrimidine ring or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the same according to the present invention acts as a 5-HT4 receptor agonist to be used in preventing or treating digestive system disease, such as gastrointestinal motility disorder, for example gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, indigestion, intestinal obstruction after surgery, delayed gastric emptying, gastro paralysis, intestinal pseudoobstruction, delayed passing caused by drugs, or digestive troubles like diabetic gastrodynamic disease. |
