Provided is a liquid crystal display device. A liquid crystal display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a substrate; a thin film transistor located on the substrate; a pixel electrode which is connected to one terminal of the thin film transistor; and a loop layer which faces the pixel electrode and is formed as a color filter. A microcavity having a liquid crystal injection hole is formed between the pixel electrode and the loop layer. The microcavity forms a liquid crystal layer including a liquid crystal molecule. The color filter includes a first color filter and the second color filter. A first blocking region and a second blocking region which are located at the first color filter and the second color filter, respectively have different thicknesses.
