<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine concentration of business on a command coordinator in emergency. <P>SOLUTION: An emergency command coordination support device 1 includes: a business flow accumulation unit 11 which stores a business unit in which processing procedures of an emergency response are documented, and a business flow showing transition relation between the business units; an instruction accumulation unit 13 which stores an instruction in which a principle of the response to be reviewed for the business units, and a series of operations concerning the response of the corresponding principle are summarized as a document; an information request generation unit 23 which specifies request information to be necessary regarding the principle, and a request unit station for collecting the request information; and a business concentration and load determination unit 28 which determines concentration of the business on a command coordinator on the basis of elapsed time of the series of operations concerning the principle, the number of types of the request information, and the number of request unit stations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
