PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure capable of permanently maintaining a cut-off effect of a sewer 2, without affecting a manhole 1, even when a great external force is applied between the manhole 1 and the sewer 2 by an earthquake or ground subsidence, and a construction method for the connection structure. SOLUTION: An annular notched part 3 is formed near a base of a connection part between a manhole 1 and a sewer 2, a rubber sheet 4 and a pair of partial repair materials 5 are arranged in such a manner that the notched part 3 is in an intermediate position, a protrusive streak 4a of the rubber sheet 4 is inserted into a gap 6 between the pair of partial repair materials 5, and the partial repair materials 5 are hardened.
