PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion die device and a method of manufacturing an extrusion member, by which products having uniform thickness are extruded. SOLUTION: The die device is provided with a built-up die which is inserted into a supporting hole formed on a die holder. In the die device, a material billet is pressed so as to pass through the built-up die and is made to pass through the mold cavity of the built-up die, and thereby extrusion forming is performable freely. The built-up die includes a male die having comb-shaped projecting parts and a female die having hole parts, and is obtained by making the projecting part of the male die face the hole part of the female die and forming the mold cavity between them. When expressing the fitting depth to the hole part opening of the tip of the projecting part of the male die by d and expressing the thickness of the extruded material obtained by extrusion by t, the relationship of 1.0≤d/t≤3 is satisfied.
