PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent water from entering into an apparatus case from the mounting part of an operation shaft. SOLUTION: The operation shaft 70(71) is inserted in an operation shaft inserting hole 27 formed in the case top plate 2 of the apparatus case 1, and the upper end side thereof is made to protrude from an opening part 29 of a case cover plate 3 on the upper side of the case top plate 2 to provide an apparatus plug knob 48 and a temperature adjusting knob 22. A skirt part 17 is extended from the inside than the peripheral end part of a knob cover surface 72 of the knobs 48, 22 to the lower side thereof, and is inserted in the inside of the opening part 29 of the case cover plate 3 to surround all around the peripheral side of the operation shaft 70(71) with a space kept between. The lower end side of the skirt part 17 is disposed at an outside position than a portion where the operation shaft inserting hole 27 is formed, and when water enters into the case cover plate 3 from the opening part 29, the water drops along the skirt part 17 onto the case top plate 2 located on the outside than the portion where the operation shaft inserting hole 27 is formed, and flows in accordance with the difference of elevation thereof to be discharged to the outside of the apparatus case 1.
