The system has an audio management station (1) connected to communication or navigation radios. The station and a terminal (3a) respectively comprise switching units (18a-18c, 19-19c) coordinated to selectively connect up and downlinks of a digital part (7) of the station to up and down links of a digital part (10) of the terminal through uplink communication channels (16a-16c) and downlink communication channels (17a-17c) or up and downlinks of an analog part (8) of the station to respectively up and downlinks of an analog part (11) of the terminal through the channels.
