The present invention relates to a cold energy supplying system which comprises a cold energy storing means installed inside a transport means and on a cold energy supplying passage through which cold energy outside the transport means is supplied to the transport means; and a cold energy emitting means which is provided to the inside of the transport means, installed in series or parallel with the cold energy emitting means on the cold energy supplying passage, and provided with cold energy through the cold energy supplying passage at the same time as the cold energy. The cold energy emitting means cools down the inside of the transport means by emitting cold energy to the outside.
