<p>The present invention relates to a device and a method for detecting an X-ray. The device for detecting an X-ray comprises: a panel unit on which an X-ray passing through a subject is incident and which outputs an image signal per a plurality of unit detection regions according to the amount of the incident X-ray; and an image quality determination unit which classifies the unit detection regions into an object region and a background region of a unit image according to the brightness of the image signal, evaluates the quality of the unit image according to the size of a contrast to noise ratio of the image signal corresponding to the object region, and outputs a state signal corresponding to the result of evaluation.</p> |
