PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source module equipped with condensing and diffusion functions through a thin structure.SOLUTION: The light source module includes a wiring board, a point light source arranged on the wiring board, and a transparent structure covering the point light source formed on the wiring board. A plurality of convex parts are formed on the surface on a light emission side of the transparent structure, as first and second surfaces are alternately formed, and each of the convex part is structured of the first surface and the second surface. Two adjoining conical surfaces among a plurality of conical surfaces made by moving a half line heading for a surface on the light emission side of the transparent structure from the point light source are to be the first conical surface and the second conical surface. The first surface is a face which is formed by analogously reducing or enlarging a part of a light extraction surface along the first conical surface and the second conical surface, the second surface is a part of the first or the second conical surface with a plurality of convex parts arranged planarly on the surface of the light emission side of the transparent structure. |
