PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device which controls a smart phone (or a tablet type information terminal) as an operation device of an in-vehicle device by connecting the smart phone to the vehicle by a wire, and can be adapted to a size of the smart phone at the control, a model of the connecting terminal, a difference of positions or the like. SOLUTION: When the smart phone 3 is placed on a box 8 arranged in the vehicle 2, a front wall 810, a rear wall 820, a left wall 830 and a right wall 840 hold the smart phone 3 from four sides and connectors 811, 821, 831, 841 establish wired communication connection to a connector 35 of the smart phone 3. In this state, a user can operate the in-vehicle equipment (air conditioning device 4, audio video device 5, navigation device 6, etc) by touching and inputting a touch panel 34 of the smart phone 3.
