A galley cart incorporates a housing (102) defining a cavity (112) and having an opening. A door (104) is hingedly attached to the housing (102) to seal the opening and allow access to the cavity through the opening. A compartment (203) is provided in the cart configured to contain cooling media. An integrated support rail (146) is coupled to the housing (102) within the cavity and configured to at least partially support a tray within the cavity (112). The support rail (146) has multiple orifices (201) therethrough and the support rail (146) is in flow communication with the compartment (203).
