METHOD OF MANUFACTURING REFLECTIVE POLARIZER PLATE AND METHOD FO MANUFACTURING IN-CELL REFLECTIVE POLARIZER PLATE

A method for manufacturing a reflective polarizing plate sequentially forms a metal layer and a sacrificial layer on the front surface of a transparent substrate, forms a bar pattern by patterning the sacrificial layer, and forms a barrier layer on the bar pattern and the metal layer. After that, the barrier layer is anisotropically etched to form barriers which are formed along the sidewall of the bar pattern and spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval, and the bar pattern is removed. A copolymer layer, which consists of first and second polymers, is provided in an opening between the barriers, and the first and second polymers are alternately arranged by heat-treating the copolymer layer. After that, among the first and second polymers, the second polymer is removed to form a plurality of nanogrid patterns consisting of the first polymer. The metal layer is etched using the barriers and the nanogrid patterns using a mask to form a metal nanowire.
