PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling an internal combustion engine that properly controls an internal combustion engine with a plurality of actuators by using a voltage booster circuit having a capacitor for supplying voltage to the plurality of actuators, and reduces manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: The internal combustion engine control device 1 controls an internal combustion engine 2 mounted on a vehicle V with the plurality of actuators 4-6 driven by a voltage supplied from a power supply VB. The control device determines the priority order of the plurality of actuators 4-6 according to a detected driving state of the vehicle V. The control device then supplies, according to the determined priority order, at least one of the plurality of actuators 4-6 with a voltage boosted by the booster circuit 15 having the capacitor C2 for supplying voltage to the plurality of actuators 4-6 to drive at least one of the plurality of actuators 4-6. |
