The invention relates to a carbonated spring manufacturing device, which is capable of effectively making carbon dioxide dissolved in warm water. The device which further requires no bubble-removing device for discharging bubbles generated during the dissolving process of carbon dioxide to the air can perform manufacturing in a low cost. The carbonated spring manufacturing device comprises a circulating flow path provided with a circulating pump for making warm water circulate; a mixed blender equipped on the downstream part of the circulating pump in the circulating flow path so as to make water enter from the upper part and discharged from the lower part and further make water pass through holes on multiple partition walls to generate vortexes; and a carbon dioxide supplying device located on upstream of the mixed blender and supplying carbon dioxide to the circulating flow path on the downstream of the circulating pump. |
