PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a fixation position of a pile joint to be fitted to a pile member of a wall body structure including the pile member and a lagging wall so that it is sufficient that only shear force operating from the lagging wall on a tangent to an outer peripheral surface of a main body pipe in a horizontal direction can be born. SOLUTION: The wall body structure includes a steel pipe lagging plate 15 which has a main-body steel pipe 10 and a pile joint 11 fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the main-body steel pipe 10, and is installed in the ground, a steel lagging wall 25 which has at least one steel lapping plate 20 installed in the ground in a wall shape, and has a lagging plate joint 21a at a wall-width-directional end coupled to the pile joint 11 of the steel pipe lagging plate 15, the steel pipe lagging plate 15 and steel lapping plate wall 25 being coupled so that a tangent to the outer peripheral surface 10a passing a fixation position of the pile joint 11 to the main-body steel pipe 10 and a flange part 21 of the steel lapping plate 20 having the lagging plate joint 21a at the wall-width-directional end in a tip part are substantially parallel with each other.
