A vessel having a stern duct structure of the present invention may include a stern duct structure mounted on a propulsion part which is extended from a stern. The stern duct structure may include multiple guide pins formed at in the circumference of the propulsion part by an interval; a duct for connecting the guide pins; and a connection pin for connecting the duct and the stern in order to fix the position of the duct.
