PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin-coated metal body capable of simply manufacturing the resin-coated metal body having a part with a different orientation crystallinity.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the resin-coated metal body is characterized in that a predetermined region of a resin film on the metal body on which the resin film with an orientation crystallinity is laminated at least on one face is irradiated with a laser beam which has a wavelength with an absorptivity coefficient of the resin film of ≤20 and an energy density of 10-100 mJ/mm. |
